Sure. SBEL posts may not make it to the Leps-L gate; posts through SBEL
may not make it to your ISP's Usenet feed. If you're stuck with an
unreliable ISP then Leps-L is your better alternative *if* you're prepared
for the volume of mail and the hassle of unsubscribing and re-subscribing
if you go on holiday (who wants to return after a vacation and find 600
letters in your mailbox ...).
