Sometimes you can get them off without damaging them, depending on
how well they are stuck on.  Wait a day for the glue or whatever
the female used to dry, then try using the razor blade or your
fingertips if you have a good touch.  There are plenty to practice
on.  They will hatch in several days, roughly.  You can put any eggs
you can remove into a paper bag, then when they hatch move the larvae
onto leaves with a paintbrush.

Interesting that the female stayed there by the light and attracted
a male.
