Second UK Monarch sighting.

I have received a report of a second Monarch sighting near where I live.
This was at around the same time as the dead one was found as I reported
a few weeks ago.
It was seen in the City centre of Swansea in South Wales.
I believe that the sighting is genuine as the observer is one of the
leading local moth experts and should know a Monarch when he sees one.
Luck chap, I work in the city centre but I am obviously not so lucky.
