USDA permits no response?

Paul Weaver recently posted some excellent questions concerning USDA
permits and requirements for interstate shipment of lepidoptera.  These
were questions that I and probably many others would like to see answered.
Perhaps I am not getting all of my mail but I have yet to really see any
answers posted. Surely someone out there has the answers. Anyone from the
USDA out there? It would make it alot easier to follow the rules if we knew
