This message is from Meg Boswell <NifafifaAT at aol.com>, a I am a student from Indiana, USA.

I have found a bright green caterpillar with black stripes between its segments. I found it in the parsley patch. As soon as I discovered it, the caterpillar stuck out two orange-yellow tongs and then a nasty odor was emitted.
I was just curious as to what type of caterpillar it might be.
Thank-you for your time.

Sincerely,
Meg
