"Bugs"

I recall when I was first introduced to the difference between true bugs and
the rest of the insects. I was about 8 years old, and I used it as a test on
everyone that I met. Pretty soon, all of the 4th graders knew (to their
annoyance) not to call non-Heteroptera _bugs_. Today, 30 some odd years later,
I've regressed back to infancy (perhaps because it is a lot less restrictive).
Now, if I can catch one and preserve it without using formaldehyde, it's a bug.
 And I love my bugs.

Mark Walker.
