I freeze them for several purposes actually.  The first is to prevent
dehydration, which significantly facilitates relaxation and spreading when I'm
ready.  The second is to kill off parasites which have either hitchhiked within
the specimen or have gotten into my envelopes.  I don't freeze them in drawers,
but nevertheless I haven't had any problems with condensation.  I put them in
sealed Tupperware containers.
