Collecting Debate FAQ

I have for sometime been working on an FAQ for the collecting debate.
Simply a collection of postings from the past debates I have put a version
of it up at

http://www.nwjones.demon.co.uk

It is rather incomplete at present and not completely tested however
the dabate has just sprung up yet again so I have put what I have up
on the WWW.
I am aware that there are still a few glitches on the pages but I have
little time to fix them at present.
