Field Book

Could you please recommend a good field book?  I want to be able to
identify larvae and pupae as well as adults.  My particular interest is
in butterflies that range into central Florida, but I don't suppose I
can find a book as specific as that.  I would hope that it would also
identify larval food plants, which would help me create a butterfly
habitat in my garden in Tampa.  Amazon.com lists lots of field books,
but I have no way of assessing their quality.
