Subject: Luna Moths and habitat

Ah, luna. Brings back a memory of a hot summer night in Washington,DC,
when I was driving back to my grandmother's in Silver Spring after a
late
date with Betty, now my wife of 39 years. I was on the East-West
highway,
and it was 5 AM. Back then the traffic was sparse enough for me to stop
and get a luna that was flopping around under as streetlight on the
roadway.
That was 1957. What a magnificent animal!
