>Hi, Has anyone ever thought that he can't

If he has been told already that it is illegal, which other people on the
list have stated, then he cannot continue to use poor English as an excuse.
Besides, he knows enough English to set up a website IN ENGLISH and deal
with a service provider that speaks ONLY English. Obviously he must be
capable of understanding when he gets a message saying "This species is
protected by international law, and cannot be sold." That he continues to
post ads AFTER he has been "educated" indicates that he simply refuses to
listen. If I was just a "jack-booted thug" I would have written to bigfoot
the first time he posted. The time to be polite and forgiving, however,
would appear to be over. This is NOT trivial.
Sincerely,
