ex-USSR butterflies & beetles

Dear friends and colleagues,

Last November I have created a web site dedicated to butterflies and
beetles of previous USSR (C.I.S.-region at present).  It is located at

You  are welcomed, especially it will be interesting for those who
collect
insects of  Europe & Asia (Palaearctic region).

There is presented a lot of  butterflies (with great variety of
Parnassius, bulk of Erebia, Oeneis, Clossiana, Melitaea and many
others), some moths (especially Sphingidae), some
interesting beetles (emphasis on Carabus) - from the whole territory of
previous USSR.
All regions and zones are covered - European Russia, Polar Ural,
Caucasus,   Kopet-Dagh Mtns. in Turkmenistan, Pamir Mtns, all Tian-Shan
Mtns, Altai, whole Siberia and Far East - great choice for collectors!
