Dear TD and other interested parties,

           I was going to respond to your question after my morning 
class, but returned to see that Doug Yanega had done a most splendid 
job of explaining the complexities of mimicry systems.  I have 
nothing to add, other than if someone wants to explain the concept to 
other people, make a copy of Doug's e-mail and hand it out!!
