I also saw them on Fuerteventura last September - from the helpful
information I recieved when I asked about this, they seem to have spread
to the other islands in the group and are now fully common on most. As
to being migratory, most people seemed to think that they weren't, or,
at least, they weren't showing any seasonal shifts in distribution.
