	I just talked with the University of Toronto Press about this book.
They said the US price for the hardbound version has just been raised from
the $75 I mentioned earlier to $100. So if you order it through your local
bookstore, that's what you will be paying. You will also pay that if you
order direct from the publisher unless you give them the special code
that Don Lafontaine posted.

	They also said that a number of the paperbound copies have been
returned to them for defects in binding--they simply began to fall apart.
Those who order the paperbound version should check it carefully...
