Re. David's post:  If everyone was allowed include images in their messages, 
this list would be dead!  There would be no conversation re. lepidoptera or 
ANYTHING!! It would take so long to get into our mailboxes, it just wouldn't be 
worth it to subscribe (for MOST of us, at least).

This is a RIDICULOUS conversation since the alternative is so simple:  a)The 
poster describes the lep. b) The poster asks for help IDing it.  c) The poster 
makes his or her email address available(which should be anyway) so those who 
wish to help can have the image sent directly to them.  

Nobody has to "suffer", as you put it.  Nobody has to have thier valuable time 
eaten up unnecessarily.  And most importantly, the Poster still has an outlet 
for information.

You know, there will be a time when this will not be a problem for anyone's 
computer.  But I'm sure we'll ALL find something else to irritate us... ;)
