more antiopa population 'crash'

in the west Kootenay region of extreme southern BC i did see n. antiopa this
spring but have not seen a single individual since then. unlike the
conditions reported from other areas, the summer weather here was
record-breaking sun, heat and drought. other large nymphalids like p.
faunus, p. gracilis, n. vaualbum, p. satyrus and l. lorquini appear to have
had 'normal' flights so the absence of antiopa is doubly difficult to
explain
