Hi Pierre,
It's that taxonomy conumdrum again! The problem here is dependent upon the
current implementation of IUZN rules regarding agreement of gender for genus
and species epithets. I'm not too with it here (could someone clarify the
situation please?), but I *think* the current flavour of the month favours the
use of the original name rather than the strict agreement of gender (but I
could well be wrong). For the pink-spotted sphinx (hawk) I suspect this would
thus be Agrius cingulata, but reference to the original description would
clarify the situation.
