Unsubscribe?

Dear friends;
Is there a way I can unsubscribe from the list, and still send in pertinent
data on migrations, distributions and observations etc.? I find the list a
bit more technical than I want, and it loads up my mailbox. Thanks for the
help. (I lost my information sheet, so do not know the procedure for
unsubscribing.)
