I am looking for a source of a list of predators/beneficial insects and
biological controls that are allowed for release both in private home
gardens and agriculturally. Perhaps someone can tell me the correct
department in the government that handles these things because after 3
hours of long distance phone calls to nearly every department, I have
come to the conclusion that they don't know.
