Tagged monarch

Rueann Laughlin, a Palm Beach Gardens butterflier, tells me that she saw
a tagged Monarch in her garden. The white paper tag said Lawrence at the
top ... at  the bottom, EZ563. She says there was something between
these lines, but, when Rueann returned with her glasses, the monarch had
departed. I have assured her that someone reading this message will know
whose bug that is, and where it was tagged.
