All other options? Wow! Amazing. 
Then, gee, I guess I'd just love to have y'all plant eucalyptus. 
Which monarch biologists have recommended this? And what degrees are
required for this title? 
Perhaps your city planners have a different sort of education from ours
... I don't know any I'd consider competent to make this sort of
decision. On the other hand, given the likelihood that California as
about to fall into the sea anyway, maybe it doesn't matter. 
Why did you ask us, if you didn't want to know what we thought?
