I'd like a guess from whom ever would be so kind on this knowledgeable
list. I have a friend on another list that ask this question and no one
had any idea. I told her I would put it on the table here at the LEPS
list. So, any ideas about her problem?

I was out trying to collect seeds from my white butterfly weed and I
noticed
these little fuzzy bugs underneath a leaf. I've never seen them before,
but
they were eating the leaves.
They were no bigger than a grain of rice, fuzzy and black, but when you
got
up close they had white and yellow tufts as well. I know monarch larvae
are
quite large, because I see them quite frequently, but what are these?

Thank you one and all
