Indoors, the queen chrysalis should hatch in 10-16 days. Outdoors, in winter, it might
take 15-25 days. If queens are like monarchs, they should live 1-2 months outdoors and
should be able to survive overnight temperatures that dip briefly into the 25-30 degrees F
range.
