Please help identify this moth larva

A friend of mine from from Miami, occasionally runs across a moth larva
eating Coontie (Zamia floridana). The only other larva we know of that
will eat coontie is the Atala butterfly. This is definitely not an
atala. Apparently this larva will eat other host plants as well, but it
is more commonly found on coontie in some of the pinelands around dade
county. It is a fast moving caterpillar. He hasn't seen the
adult yet, but he photographed a larva and emailed it to me. I have put
the image up on the web at:
