Don't know about the history, but I know that I find it personally very
difficult to collect a butterfly that has landed on me.
Hey, we all have our little quirks.

Subject: butterfly landing on person myth??

I have a question regarding myth, legend and folklore of butterflies. I read
somewhere but don't exactly remember an ancient myth about butterflies.
Apparently there is an ancient myth (from the Orient I believe) about the
significance of a butterfly landing on a person. It is apparently
significant spiritually or something.
Can you help me with this query?

If anyone knows anything about this myth, could you please email Darryl
directly?
TIA!
