can you identify this caterpillar

I photographed a small orange caterpillar found on a privet hedge in
Belfast N Ireland and have been unable to identify it. It was about 15
mm in length; over all colour was orange with a distinctive white spot
behind its head on both sides of its body.  Photo available if
