Common Names and the NABA lists

I have found in a couple of instances where common names are changed from one 
reflecting the scientific name ie Asychis Skipper to a less specific name 
(Chiomara aasychis).  Other examples of use of the scientific name to derive 
the common include the Common Mestra or Amymone ie Mestra amymone.
