Has any read this book?

A quick question,  Has anyone read the book _ The other 99%: the
conservation and biodiversity of invertebrates_,  edited by Ponder and
Lunney 1997.  At $72US, I thought I'd see if people thought it was worth
it before I shelled out the cash.  I haven't seen any reviews in the
literature.
