Pawpaw Sphinx

I found a caterpillar which from the caterpillars of Eastern Forests appears 
to be a pawpaw sphinx.  I found it on the plant angel's trumpet.  I provided 
the plant in a pot with dirt.  I did not see it yesterday and I search the 
dirt, it was at the very bottom of the pot.  I would like to know how long 
will it take to pupate and how long will it emerge.  If someone have the 
answer I will really appreciate the help
