Caterpillar ID

I would appreciate some help IDing a caterpillar that is eating all the
leaves of a virburnum in my yard. It is and inch to an inch and one
quarter long, powdery white on top, yellowish underneath, with a black
or very dark blue head and similar spot on the very opposite end. There
are four large butterfly bushes close by attracting a wide variety and
number of bugs.
Any ideas? I have two books that don't cover this one.

Thanks in advance.

Steve
