Check out the Eagle Optics Raptor PC binoculars (8x32 or 10x42) at

The 8x32 binoculars are small and light, rubber-coated, waterproof,
fully multi-coated, phase-corrected, with internal focusing. I can
focus the pair I have on the tips of my shoes!
