Regal Fritillary

I still wonder however if with all the exotic bilogical controls people have
been trying to use on exotic pests as a replacement to pesticides,  that people
aren't once again unwittingly adding stress to already stressed native species
that is tipping thier populations towards decline.   I heard this theory anbout
the Fritillary at least twice in the past few months.  I think this is probably
only a theory in this case at the moment.  

Anyone got info? data?
