Hi: chris is right, but there's some simple recipes too like agar, host
plant mulch, fishbowl tetracycline, vit. B (Marmite or maybe brewers
yeast?) & wheat germ. cooked up & canned, served like aspic. The secret
ingredient though are cell salts sold as Wessons Salts from (I think)
BIO QUIP. I've also seen "Cell Salts" for sale in health food stores,
but the specific salts there were not listed.
