In common with a few people here I use a Laser printer for my labels.
A good quality one will give very readable labels - but only for dry
use - never in liquids. For alcohol I still use trusty old pencil or
an indellable pen.

I also use 160gsm card - it goes through the printers fine and grips
the pins better so they are less likely to spin.
