Eastern Tent Caterpillar query

Hi, all. A colleague here is curious to know if, by some chance, the
Eastern Tent Caterpillar eggs in any portion of its range have NOT yet
hatched out. He's working on egg parasites, and obviously therefore needs
live egg masses.
