First sighting

March 24, 2000.  Today was a warm day in the Kansas City area.  I've
seen hibernators for
some time.  For the first time this year I sighted ( a) or several
cabbage butterflies.  It got to 71 degrees .
  Perhaps more exiciting was the repeated apperance of  Psychomorphia
epimenis as it
visited my blooming plum tree.
