Hello all,

The first butterfly of the year for me up here in Hannibal, NY (Oswego
County) was a P. rapae just flyin' by when I was working on the roof, on a
day where it reached (drum roll, please) nearly 70 degrees. Hopefully not too
much longer and I'll be seeing and catching some more exciting stuff. Having
not seen a butterfly since early November, even a cabbage white was exciting
for me! Also last year I discovered a little population of another Pieris
species (napi or virginiensis, the literature is confusing), which I am
excited to check out in mid-late April.

Take Care,
Randy
