Rapid relaxing

The device and procedure that I have been using to relax the
genitalia of spread specimens (in a few seconds) can also be used to
totally relax the specimen (in 2 minutes) so it can be re-set. This
can be useful when you have a few spread specimens whose wings have
slid back, or begun to close up, owing to spells of high humidity.
I just ran three _Oeneis_ specimens through this procedure--and they
came off the spreading board looking fine.
