In repsonse to this and Norbert Kondla's suggestion which hasn't reached
this service yet. (I am having a modem compatibility problem caused
by installing new software. I can receive my emails from a different
provider to the usual one but logging on to Demon to send takes about
6-10 attempts for which I get charged a minimum call charge each
time :-( )

If someone sends me a copy of the document I'd be happy to put it on
the web.
