Sphingidae - Parasitoid relationships

Does anyone have quality photographs of North American Sphingidae larvae
or ova actually in the process of being attacked by parasitoids???? This
also includes hyperparasitoid attacks. If so, would you be willing to
have them published in an upcoming book on the biology of the Sphingidae
of the U.S. and Canada?

I would also be interested in hearing about photographs of other aspects
of Sphingidae biology and behavior.

Finally, I would be interested in specific host-parasitoid records, and
may be able to help in identifying undetermined parasitoids, if the
Sphingidae host is known with certainty.
