Looking for reference

Hi group,
I'm trying to find a copy of "Systematics and Biology of the genus 
Macrocneme  1994.  by Robert E. Dietz IV.  Univ. of Cal. Publications 
in Ent.  Vol. 113.  I tried ordering it from Bioquip but they no 
longer have it.  I don't know if it is out of print or what.  It was 
$22.00 and I'd be happy to pay that for a copy if someone has one 
they want to part with.  If not, I'd like to find out how I might get 
a copy.   Any info/contacts is much appreciated.
