Natural disturbance picture

A very kind soul has informed me of a way to make images available without
invoking the dangers of attaching to an email note; since this is not yet
foolproof.  The natural disturbance picture that I was raving about recently
can now be viewed at http://www.Norbert.eboard.com or go to the eboard home
page at http://www.eboard.com/home.html , type Norbert into the 'enter an
eboard' box, hit 'go' and voila, you are there.  click on the note and then
click on the thumbnail image to enlarge it.  At the risk of sounding like an
emotional art critic rather than a cold, heartless biologist; this is a
particularly stunning and visually compelling image that will no doubt shock
those who believe in the myth of stability in ecosystems. enjoy
