Good question Jeff. some are sympatric in some places, if there are zones of
intermediates they have never been documented. One thing that is needed is
material with suitable geographic coverage and also some rearing would be
useful. I suspect that most institutional and personal collections mostly
contain one or a few voucher specimens from most locations/ecosystems and
this is not adequate to measure the 'variability' geographically
