At TILS my co-worker, Harry Pavulaan, has undertaken a huge endeavor in
coordinating TC-ISBN (Technically Correct - Index of Scientific Butterfly
Names). One long range goals of TC-ISBN is a linked access system to all
type specimen photos worldwide.  (Yes, there will be a TC-ISMN also.)
