Croesia semipurpurana ID

I have two specimens of what I believe must be Croesia semipurpurana (MONA
#3503).  I ID'd these with the aid of Covell, and Holland.  However, my
specimens (caught July 6, 2000) both have brown shading at the HW anal angle. 
This brown (the same tone as the large brown patch on the FW) spreads up about
1/3 to 1/2 the HW.  Both Covell & Holland do not show this.  Is my ID correct?
