Hmmm.  This sounds like a serious conflict between Lepists and
astronomers, both amateurs and professionals.  Here the local chapter of
IDA (International Dark Sky Association) in Phoenix is attempting to
combat light pollution, and you purposely intend to increase it!!!! Just
joking of course  (-:
