It seems Wayne is the one to speak to.  Here's an interesting and =
encouraging tidbit though - on the IBBA website, Wayne posts a list of =
species which are being considered for exemption to the permitting =
process:

Look under permit info.  According to this post - several of the =
Saturniids are being considered.
