What to do about Saturniidae declines/footnote

Here in Delaware County I have seen a number of tent caterpillars dead
with no apparent damage physically so I assume the fly population is
still active here. On a positive note I have seen numerous lunas and one
polyphemus so far. Oh yeah and I don't get out too much and its just in
one location.
