 Late season WHERE (zone? USA??)  Here in our New
 Orleans butterfly garden we have Caryopteris clandonensis
 or commonly "Blue Mist Flower."  Also Eupatorium
 coelestinum - Mist Flower/wild ageratum; Joe Pye Weed
 et al.
